Hand and foot

Hands first, then feet

Hand reflexology on its own takes nothing off. Add the feet and you get a longer, slower session.

People who use their hands all shift often start with the hands: palms, fingers and wrists, one at a time. A hand and foot session adds both feet, with the same slow pressure on each.

  • Hands alone: 20 minutes, nothing to take off

  • Hands and feet: 45 or 60 minutes

  • Walk in for the short ones

What happens, step by step

  1. 01

    Step 1: Check in

We ask about pressure and any spot to leave alone.

Palms, fingers and wrists, one hand and then the other.

  3. 03

    Step 3: Feet

Shoes and socks off, a towel over your ankles, then both soles from heel to toe.

  4. 04

    Step 4: Rest

A minute to sit up slowly before you go.

About hand and foot sessions

Which should I book first?

Start with a 45-minute hand and foot session if you are new. If you only have a break, a 20-minute hand or foot session fits.

Is it the same as a hand massage?

It is a different tradition. Reflexology presses along set lines on the palms and soles in a set order. We don't diagnose, and we don't say a spot belongs to an organ.

Can I book both therapists?

Yes. Book two sessions side by side, or ask for the next available therapist.

Book hands and feet.

Choose a length and a time.
