Book: Foot reflexology, shortTuina and reflexology in Clifton

Reflexology
A hands-on tradition, not a way to treat your organs.
Steady pressure on the soles, toes and palms, in a set order, at a pressure you choose. Many people use it as a quiet way to rest at the end of a long shift.
A diagnosis, or a way to treat an organ or a condition. We don't read your feet for illness. If something worries you, ask your doctor.

Whatever you wore to work. Tuina is done through loose clothing, and for reflexology only your shoes and socks come off. A towel and a blanket cover what you want covered.
Yes for the 20- and 30-minute sessions, Tuesday to Sunday, whenever a therapist is available. Book ahead for 45 minutes and longer.
No. Reflexology is a hands-on tradition: steady pressure on the feet and hands, in a set order. We don't diagnose, and we don't say a spot on your foot belongs to an organ that needs care. If something worries you, ask your doctor.
Tuina is a Chinese hands-on tradition. We press, knead, roll and gently stretch, through loose clothing, at a pressure you choose.
If you are unwell, tell us and we will move your visit. If you are pregnant, ask your doctor or midwife before booking and tell your therapist how far along you are.
Choose a length and a time, or walk in for a short one.
