First visit
Your first visit, step by step
Nothing to prepare except what you wore to work. A short check-in comes first, and the rest is the session.
The booking page asks what we need to plan your session. We keep health questions out of messages and emails, so those stay on the booking page.

From booking to the last press
Most first visits take about as long as the session you chose, plus a few minutes to settle.
- 01
Step 1: Book or walk in
For a 20- or 30-minute session you can walk in while a therapist is available. For 45 minutes and longer, choose a length and a time on the booking page.
- 02
Step 2: What to bring
Nothing special. Wear what you wore to work: tuina is done through loose clothing, and reflexology needs only your shoes and socks off.
Comfortable clothes with sleeves you can push up
Socks to put back on afterward
A note if there is a spot to leave alone
- 03
Step 3: What to expect
A short check-in on pressure, then the session. You are covered the whole time, you can ask for lighter or firmer pressure, and you can stop whenever you like.
- 04
Step 4: Afterward
Take your time getting up. Drink some water, and book your next visit at the desk or online.
Good to know
What to wear, what is covered, who should ask first
What to wear
Whatever is comfortable. Tuina is done through loose clothing, and reflexology takes off only your shoes and socks.
What is covered
A blanket or towel covers whatever you would like covered. Nothing beyond your shoes and socks is ever uncovered.
Who should ask first
If you are pregnant or unwell, ask your doctor or midwife before booking, and tell your therapist how far along you are.
Choose a time for your first visit.
Or walk in for a short session while a therapist is available.
